Ian is an expert in identifying the needs and challenges of clients while developing creative “outside the box” solutions. Technology has played a pivotal part in his success and continues to drive his love for business transformation. Ian has spent his career focused on revenue growth, relationship building, customer experience, process streamlining, change management, and integrating technology to achieve greater results. As AI continues to redefine the possibilities for businesses, Ian will strive to provide strong leadership and guidance for those wishing to join the adventure.
Ernest Eisentraut – Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Ernest is an expert in business transformation, information technology and customer experience (Cx). He has developed countless projects focused on driving efficient operations, IT innovations, and digital transformation. to drive results in IT to support Business and as Digital Transformation. Ernest utilizes his knowledge of business and IT to craft strategic and security conscious solutions that are adaptable while producing results. Ernest provides clients with the ability to embraced AI technology for business empowerment and high-quality performance. He ensures results through strategic planning, continuous improvement tactics, and a desire to build strong, lasting relationships.
Mark Lefebvre – Senior Consultant
Mark possess decades of experience in business operations, process optimization, change management, and management consulting. He provides expertise in Lean thinking, ISO standards and leading IT technologies such as Cloud, AI, digitization and Automation. Mark has worked with industry leaders like Toyota in crafting business transformations and is an expert in training management for success. He has designed, implemented, and led projects across North America and internationally, with One Ring AI part of his newest ventures.
Wenli Nie – Finance Director
Wenli provides a strong finance, business management, and accounting expertise to the One Ring AI team. She provides insights into client funding opportunities, cost benefit analyses for AI projects and advises on the financial impacts of AI on businesses. Her contributions far exceed that of accounting and have impacts throughout our organization and with our valued clients.
Harry Liu – Data Analytics Strategist
Harry specializes in data-driven analytics and the data architecture that powers AI tools and systems. He is an expert in data driven technology and possess a Masters in Quantitative Finance. His strong background in database administration, data visualization, and business-focused machine learning solutions has made him a great value to public sector administrations, Fortune 1000 clients and the One Ring AI team.
Mitchell Brown – AI Strategist & Machine Learning Architect
Mitchell Brown is an AI specialist with a background in computer science, web design, and philosophy. He helps the One Ring team harness AI by designing and selecting models, deploying them into production, optimizing prompts for maximum performance, and guiding teams on the responsible and ethical use of AI. Mitchell bridges the gap between technical innovation and user-centered solutions, ensuring AI is applied responsibly and effectively.
